Catherine & Charles: Yurts on the Cricket Field

I recall watching Cat, whom I have encountered at many weddings over the years, dancing with Charles at the wedding of Sass and Chris. I noticed how they looked at each other, and I thought to myself, ‘I am going to hear from Cat soon.’ Three weeks later, I received an email: Cat and Charles were planning to get married the following year.

It was a perfect sunny day in May, ideal for a yurt reception set up in the grounds of the Lindsell Cricket Club. It was a wonderful, laid-back day, full of familiar faces. I had the opportunity to catch up with many of my past couples (including Sass and Chris on their first anniversary) and other wedding suppliers I work with often.

It was so lovely after knowing Cat as a guest and bridesmaid for many years now to be a part of her beautiful wedding day.
