As I live just fifteen minutes down the road it is always a treat to photograph a wedding in Danbury, a place I have regularly visited for the woods or passed through on the way to Chelmsford for decades.

The church of St John the Baptist is so lovely to photograph weddings at, they are very welcoming and it’s a beautiful church. The layout is ideal for me to discreetly take photographs and not get in the way! And there’s enough parking, a rare thing indeed near a church, with a lovely attendant who loves to joke about appearing in my photos.
