Lubomyr Melnyk
What a stunning and unique performance this was at the Village Underground in London. I’m quite sure I’ll never see anything like this again.
The pianist Lubomyr Melnyk, famous for his continuous music technique, played. Gregory Euclide created a work of art, a fleeting piece, on the same stage at the same time.
It was spellbinding.
Melnyk’s piece with Peter Broderick called Pockets of Light can be heard in the HBO show Mare of Easttown.
