Well Sunday I was in for a treat, nothing pleases the gig photographer in me more than a band that makes me run around a bit and work for my pictures. The Darkness clearly did that! Fantastic set and I was loving all the air guitar \m/ action in the crowds that evening. They have a new album out and it’s well worth a listen.

The last act of the day for me was Pie Face performing in the Slippery Saddle Saloon bar, who do some excellent covers from the likes of Small Faces and Humble Pie.
A bit of Tin Soldier? You can bet I was dancing. Maggie May? Try and stop me from singing (if you heard me you may actually want to to be fair).

Thank you Brownstock for an amazing weekend and I’ll be seeing you next year!
Tickets are already on sale here.
